A non-shrinkage mortar filling structure of a bearing structure(20), which comprises an upper plate(21) installed at a slab of a bridge, a lower plate(24) mounted to a pier structure by stud bolts and anchors(23), a bearing inserted between the upper plate and the lower plate and non-shrinkage mortar placed to the side of the lower plate between the lower plate and the pier structure, is provided for dispersing the load applied to the bearing structure and the bridge slab to the pier structure evenly and securing the durability of a bridge by forming many air outlets(30) on a lower stiffening plate(24-1) attached to the lower part of the lower plate to connect with a space filled with the non-shrinkage mortar, thereby exhausting the air remaining in the space to the outside through a gap between the lower plate and the lower stiffening plate.
