FIELD: processes for extruding products such as rods, strips, beams and plates. ^ SUBSTANCE: melt metal supply system includes large number of injectors, each injector has housing and piston. At back stroke of piston melt metal is fed from its source into housing and it is displaced from housing by means of displacing stroke of piston to next technological operation. Compressed gas source is connected to housing of each injector through respective gas valves used for filling with gas space restricted during back stroke of piston of each injector. System is communicated with outlet collector having several dies. Each die includes duct and outlet hole formed with possibility of cooling melt metal for its solidification and molding continuous metallic article of non-limited length. ^ EFFECT: possibility for supplying melt metal at practically constant working pressure and flow rate in order to produce non-limited length products. ^ 60 cl, 25 dwg |
