<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous input device where a permitted frequency difference is enlarged at the time of synchronous input, to facilitate synchronous input, to shorten time, and to set the permitted frequency difference to be ≤±0.8 Hz. <P>SOLUTION: The synchronous input device 10 includes voltage difference detecting means 11 and 15 for detecting a voltage difference between a busbar-side and an input-side, frequency difference detecting means 12 and 14 for detecting a frequency difference between the busbar-side and the input-side, and a phase difference detecting means 13 for detecting a phase difference between the busbar-side and the input-side. The device also includes a setting machine 25 for storing an input time difference from an input command to arrival as a delay phase difference at every previously set frequency difference, and an operation circuit 20 for selecting the delay phase difference from a storage means in accordance with a busbar-side frequency at the time of synchronous input. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
