PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of improving operability and entertainment in a structure allowing contact input to a display picture to perform information processing.

SOLUTION: When a power supply ON signal is transmitted to an operation control unit 15 from a power source SW 13, an input processing part 43 gives a starting instruction of an OS to be performed by the operation control unit 15 and an information processing unit 23. In doing this, until starting of the OS completes, a display control unit 42 performs display control of a starting animation. Then, the display control unit 42 performs picture display control so that each operation input image coordinated to performance of prescribed information processing moves from a random arrangement position to a normal arrangement position. After each operation input image completes its movement to an arrangement position at the normal time, information processing corresponding to the operation input image is performed when a contact input position by the user with respect to the display picture coincides with a display area of the operation input image.
