AIR CONDITIONER, AND AIR CONDITIONER FOR ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner having a small longitudinal dimension and good maintainability, and an air conditioner for an elevator. SOLUTION: The air conditioner A is provided with a drain water treating device B in a rear ventilating flue 5, wherein the drain water treating device B is provided with a vertical frame body erected in a vertical direction; an upper roller 36 horizontally provided in a turnable manner at the upper part of the vertical frame body; a lower roller 38 horizontally provided in a turnable manner at the lower part of the vertical frame body; a water retaining belt 42 endlessly wound on the upper roller 36 and the lower roller 38 and disposed downstream in the ventilating direction of a condenser 14; and a drain water receiving tank 44 holding the lower roller 38 in a submerged position in the tank. The water retaining belt 42 absorbing drain water D is ventilated with air from the condenser 14 to evaporate the drain water D. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
