PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lighting fixture which emits a light in a predetermined range while suppressing temperature rise due to the heating of a light emitting part and reduces the deterioration of brightness without causing the shift of the light emitting part even when using a flexible board having a high degree of freedom, and also to provide a vehicular door mirror device equipped therewith. SOLUTION: The vehicular lighting fixture 1 is arranged in a predetermined position on the vehicular door mirror device 100. It comprises: the flexible board 2 having a heat releasing plate 25 mounted on the opposite-side face corresponding to the light emitting part 24; a reflector 3 having a light reflecting face 34; a base member 4 mounted on the side of the door mirror device 100 and combined with the reflector 3 in the form of storing the flexible board 2; and a cover member 5 integrally mounted on the base member 4 to cover the reflector 3.
