PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded illumination fixture capable of preventing a power supply cable from being damaged, capable of attaining space saving to house the power supply cable, and, in addition, capable of improving workability of embedding work. SOLUTION: The embedded illumination fixture 1 has a light irradiation face on one face 2a while in the other face 2b, having an insertion hole into which the power supply cable 4 for electric power supply is inserted, and provided with the fixture main body 2 arranged in an embedding hole 5a installed in a construction surface 5 in a state that the light irradiation face 2a is directed outward, and a rail part 3 which is rotatably mounted in the vicinity of the insertion hole on the other face 2b side of the fixture main body 2 making the short side (width) direction of the fixture main body 2 that is in parallel with the other face 2b as the rotating axis direction, and in which the power supply cable 4 inserted into the insertion hole is housed.
