PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire feeding loader capable of arranging a green tire in concentric relation to a mold without applying load to a chuck part and a feed mechanism even in a case that the center axes of both of the chuck part and the mold are shifted, and a tire vulcanizer. SOLUTION: In the tire vulcanizer 1, a center post 9 is provided to the center part of a lower mold 6. The feed mechanism 20 of the tire feeding loader 2 supports and moves the chuck part 30 for holding the green tire 5 to feed the same in the gap between upper and lower molds in a mold opened state. A support mechanism 50a supports the chuck part 30 so as to displace the same in a horizontal direction with respect to the hanger 24 provided to the leading end of the arm part 23 of the feed mechanism 20. The center post 9 and the fitting recessed part 31a provided to the leading end of the guide rod 31 arranged to the center part of the chuck part 30 are fitted while slid mutually at the time of feed-in of the green tire 5 to allow the center axes of both of the chuck part 30 and the center post 9 to coincide with each other.
