PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode choke coil capable of preventing the increase of normal mode impedance, while suppressing the deterioration of balance due to the increase of coupling capacitance between two parallel lines. SOLUTION: The common mode choke coil is obtained by winding a prescribed winding wire around a winding frame on a bobbin including a hollow part where a toroidal core is put through. The prescribed winding wire is wound in parallel around division winding frames which are obtained by division with the use of division walls for dividing the winding frame of the bobbin into not less than two areas. Not less than one notched parts for allowing the winding wire wound around one division winding frame to be set in the adjacent division winding frame are respectively arranged in the division walls.
