PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener heat-fused to an opening of a thermally sterilizable bag for easily filling a content from the opening of the bag with the chuck and for preventing the liquid component of the content from leaking out through the chuck even when the bag with the content containing a liquid component is thermally sterilized, and a thermally sterilizable bag with chuck. SOLUTION: Mutually engageable male fitting part and female fitting part of a chuck are provided at a predetermined interval on one face of a tape-like base material in parallel along the longitudinal direction. A linear thin part is provided in the center part of them. An extended part is formed by extending the width of the base material on one end in the width direction of the material. An easily separable sealing agent layer is formed on the side face where the male fitting part and the female fitting part of the extended part are formed. In thermal fusing the chuck to the bag, the chuck is folded on the thin part before filling a content and in the condition where the fitting parts are fitted, it is thermally adhered to the film of only one side of the opening inside face of the bag.
