PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a cooling fan for effectively cooling a vehicular battery while taking into consideration noise to a cabin. SOLUTION: The cooling fan controller 40 has: a control part 26 for controlling action of the cooling fan 18; and various kinds of sensors for outputting a signal to the control part 26. Various kinds of sensors are a temperature sensor 27 of the battery 13, a rotation speed sensor 28 of an internal combustion engine 11, a vehicle speed sensor 29 of an axle 16, and a seating sensor 30. An output value is determined based on the detection result of the seating sensor 30 and the temperature sensor 27 of the battery 13 and the calculation result based on the detection of the rotation speed sensor 28 and the vehicle speed sensor 29. An amount of air of the cooling fan 18 is determined based on the output value, i.e., a control signal from the control part 26. Thus, the cooling fan control device 40 changes the amount of air of the cooling fan 18 so as to cool the battery 13 while taking into consideration the noise of the cabin 19.
