MEASUREMENT SHEET FOR LUNCH BOX, LUNCH BOX, AND LUNCH BOX SET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lunch box for containing a staple food, a main dish, and side dishes at a volume ratio of three to one to two respectively, and a measurement sheet for the lunch box. SOLUTION: A lunch box measurement sheet 20 is put on the opening of a single-tiered lunch box body for use. The sheet 20 is made of a transparent material so as to make foods contained in the lunch box body visible, and is provided with an external frame indication line 21a corresponding to the external frame of the opening of the lunch box body, along with partition lines 21b to 21i that can indicate partitioned areas within the external frame indication line 21a at a ratio of three to one to two. The lunch box body may be integrally provided with a projection part as a partition indicating mark at a volume ratio of three to one to two.
