PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow having excellent air permeability despite using a polyurethane foam such as low repulsion polyurethane foam, suppressing a temperature rise or stuffiness in the pillow, and having soft touch to the cheek when turning over or lying on the side. SOLUTION: The pillow is provided with a cover member including an air-permeable portion at the center in a width direction of the pillow on the side corresponding to the upper surface of a pillow body, and a shock absorbing portion at both of the left and right ends in the width direction of the pillow on the side corresponding to the upper surface of the pillow body.
