PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum rotating type washing machine furnished with a heating device having a programmed control device and a drum rotating type washing and drying machine devised capable of controlling a water supplying device and a hot water supplying device at a set temperature, for example, at 50°C. SOLUTION: The drum rotating type washing machine is furnished with a drum rotating type washing machine body 6, a rotating drum 1 formed in a cylindrical shape, a water tank 3 axially supporting the rotating drum in the horizontal direction and in the inclined direction by a rotation shaft 4, resiliently supported and to include the rotating drum and the heating device 17 having the control device devised capable of controlling the water supplying device 10 and the hot water supplying device 12 at the set temperature by providing the water supplying device 10 and the hot water supplying device 12. The drum rotating type washing and drying machine is furnished with an air blowing device to deliver air to the inside of the rotating drum, a heating device to heat the delivered air, an air delivering route to lead the air to the air blowing device and the heating device 17 having the control device devised capable of controlling these water supplying device and hot water supplying device at the set temperature.
