PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify handling by eliminating the time and labor of performing coating or sticking to a part to be measured and the work of wiping off a stuck material at the part to be measured and making measurement possible under the same condition. SOLUTION: The coupling tape 7 is formed by providing a plurality of coupling sheets 31 on a protective sheet 30, providing a peeling sheet 32 on the coupling sheets 31 and providing a cleaning sheet 33 on the lower surface of the protective sheet 30. When measuring material information inside an object H, the coupling tape 7 is carried, the peeling sheet 32 is peeled accompanying the carriage, and a measurement part 3 is connected to the object H through the coupling tape 7.
