PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating tile which prevents a water leak by a simple structure, prevents a temperature rise by efficient ventilation under the tile, and can be easily applied to a roof or a position where a ridge ventilating device can not be applied. SOLUTION: A ventilating hole 2 is pierced in the tile, and a receiving member 3 having an air inlet 3e, a ventilating passage 5 and a drain outlet 3d is hung below the ventilating hole 2.
