PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pipe connecting portion structure for rainwater storage and penetration equipment, capable of securing watertightness. SOLUTION: In the rainwater storage and penetration equipment 10, a pipe such as an inflow pipe 18 is inserted into an insertion portion 28 of a connecting member 26, and rainwater flows to the inside and outside of a seepage control sheet 16 through the pipe such as the inflow pipe 18. In this case, since the seepage control sheet 16 is fusion-bonded onto the outward surface of the flange portion 30 of the connecting member 26 throughout the circumference of an insertion portion 20, the watertightness can be secured even if the rainwater flows.
