PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a laminated composite material, which can maintain the beauty of a surface, which can also secure sufficient connection strength, and which enables efficient jointing work. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of the laminated composite material, the laminated composite material, in which a metallic sheet is fixed on the front and back sides of a resin sheet, is mounted on the skeleton surface of a building via a bed material, so as to constitute the wall surface or ceiling panel of the building. A joint fitting, in which an oval plate with a bolt provided in a central part is arranged in an intermediate position between a pair of arch-shaped plates facing each other on a circular base plate, is inserted into an opening corresponding to the diameter of the base plate provided on the backside metallic sheet of the composite material. The turning of the oval plate makes the pair of arch-shaped plates overhang beyond the outer periphery of the base plate so as to be superposed on the backside metallic sheet.
