Profile shaped aerodynamic effective component e.g. airplane wings, airplane control, rotor blade and rotor of wind energy plant, has double walled vane shell and composition is almost free from raw material

The aerodynamic effective component has double walled vane shell in load conforming modular sandwich construction. The overall structure is separated in different modular units, leans against at the foundry technology under a reversible casting core (22). The reversibility of the casting core repeats the overall process with similar structural design. The composition is almost free from raw material and the subsequent insertion of another completed module, like a vane tank (2) or a wing inlet with similar construction structure, in exchange with the casting core. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing profile shaped aerodynamic effective component.
