A system for managing defect based on manufacture records is provided to remove factors causing the defect in manufacture and manage part makers by collecting the manufacturing history of parts to be assembled from each part maker through the network in real-time and checking the factors based on the collected manufacture records in advance. An operation state computer(20) collects and transmits an operation state of equipment(10) for manufacturing the parts. A manufacture record database(50) stores the collected operation state and defect management information of the manufacture equipment. A delivery management computer(70) manages delivery of the parts manufactured by the manufacture equipment. A manufacture management server(30) manages the manufacture of the parts manufactured by the manufacture equipment. A defect management server(60) stores part information and the operation state to the manufacture record database, and determines defect probability according to a normal operation and defect management reference received from the delivery management computer, and informs the manufacture and delivery management computer of a determination result. |
