A gas regulation governor of carbon dioxide is provided to use safely by discharging some pressure automatically through a safe valve when an over pressure is acted in a spacing unit. A gas regulation governor of carbon dioxide includes a controller body(100), a controller cap(200), and a diaphragm(300). The controller body and the controller cap are coupled, and the diaphragm is interposed between the controller body and the controller cap. The controller cap is coupled with a screw axis(220) with a handle(210). The controller body and the controller cap has a plurality of radiant heat piece(110) in one body. A low pressure gauge coupling groove(120) is formed on one side of the controller body, and a coupling unit with a first male screw(131) is formed on the other side of the low pressure gauge coupling groove. A spacing unit is formed in the middle of the coupling unit. A counter flow preventing valve connected to a high pressure channel is coupled in the middle of the spacing unit. A plurality of low pressure channels are formed between the end of the low pressure coupling groove and the spacing unit, and a safe channel is connected to the spacing unit.
