A polarizing plate supplying device and a method are provided to separate one of stacked polarizing plates easily and to supply the separated polarizing plate to a polarizing plate attaching device by sucking only an eccentric part of the polarizing plate. A polarizing plate supplying device(100) is composed of a polarizing plate stacking unit(150) for stacking plural polarizing plates(101); a suction unit(140) for sucking an eccentric part biased from the center to one side of the polarizing plate placed in the polarizing plate stacking unit in order to suck the polarizing plate partially; and an actuator for moving the suction unit. Plural suction units are separated from each other in a horizontal direction in the eccentric part and aligned in a line.
