<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal insertion method and a device which performs seal insertion surely having no turn-up by returning a turn-up even if the turn-up is generated, then moving a lip part in the forward direction (non-turn-up direction), and positioning a seal member on a prescribed position. <P>SOLUTION: In the seal member insertion method for inserting the seal member 2 having the lip part 2a onto a shaft 1, so as to insert the seal member 2 onto the shaft 1, they are moved relatively, and the seal member 2 is inserted onto the shaft 1 over a prescribed position, and then returned in the backward direction up to the prescribed position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
