<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick adaptable to gait disturbance from the initial stage to the middle stage thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The stick 20 is a walking stick to be used by grounding one end of a long bar shape member, and includes: a main body 25 composed of the bar shape member; a grounding part 24 arranged at one end of the main body; and a grip part 23 for gripping the main body by a user.
