<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor having an access control function, in which a burden of a user is reduced, a conference system, an information processing method and an information processing program. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor has an image voice registration means for registering voice in a conference and an image projected in the conference by associating them with each other at acquisition time and an authentication means for performing user authentication based on user authentication information, wherein the image voice registration means associates access restriction information representing conditions under which the user is permitted to access the acquired image with the acquired image considered as an object for access and registers them in a storage part. According to this configuration, the acquired image to which the authenticated user is permitted to access is specified based on the user authentication information and the registered access restriction information.
