<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint device reduced in size, and also reduced in loading space. <P>SOLUTION: In this pipe joint device equipped with a locking member 10 for locking a pipe member 2 having a male side joint 22 with a connector 3 having a female side joint 32, the connector 3 has a cylindrical cylinder part 31 bent approximately orthogonally to the axis of the female side joint 32, and is formed so that, when the connector 3 is connected to the pipe member 2 by inserting the male side joint 22 into the female side joint 32, the female side joint 32 opens the tip of the male side joint 22 on the elongation of the cylinder part 31.
