<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic contract reception machine, automatic contract reception system and program, which can deal with a customer who keeps a loan card issued in advance to get a loan in the future, and a customer who makes a loan card issued to get a loan on the day. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic contract reception machine 2 has a display operation section 21 capable of making a choice between a normal issue mode of requesting loan card issue and a temporary issue mode of requesting temporary card issue. When the normal issue mode is chosen, the automatic contract reception machine 2 sends obtained customer information to an operator terminal 4 via a communication section 28, for the customer information to be examined. When the loan is approved at the operator terminal 4, the automatic contract reception machine 2 makes a card issue section 25 issue a loan card. When the temporary issue mode is chosen, the automatic contract reception machine 2 sends the obtained customer information via the communication section 28, and makes the card issue section 25 issue a temporary card before the simple examination terminal 4 examines the customer information.
