PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for a user to manually change subsequent reservations when a reservation is automatically changed if a certain reservation of services is not executed.

SOLUTION: A reservation management server 100 determines whether reservation is completed or not by monitoring the reservation information managed by a reservation DB 105, and based on the reservation information determined to be changed and the change of the reservation information, changes or controls to cancel one or more relevant reservation information in association with each other.
