<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens composed of a hardened silicone, which is excellent in crack and impact resistance and has scarce surface tacking. <P>SOLUTION: The lens is composed of: (A) an organo-polysiloxane composed of an R<SP>1</SP>SiO<SB>1.5</SB>unit (T unit), an R<SP>2</SP><SB>2</SB>SiO unit (D unit), and an R<SP>3</SP><SB>a</SB>R<SP>4</SP><SB>b</SB>SiO<SB>(4-a-b)/2</SB>unit (R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, and R<SP>3</SP>are methyl groups etc., R<SP>4</SP>is a vinyl group or an allyl group, (a) is an integer of 0-2, b is 1 or 2, a+b is 2 or 3), wherein the number of repetition of the D unit is 5-300; (B) an Si-H containing polysiloxane composed of a T unit, a D unit, and an R<SP>3</SP><SB>c</SB>H<SB>d</SB>SiO<SB>(4-c-d)/2</SB>unit (c is an integer of 0-2, d is 1 or 2, c+d is 2 or 3), wherein the number of repetition of the D unit is 5-300; (C) a catalyst; and (D) a hardened silicone resin composition including a phosphor. The organo-polysiloxane (A) and the organo-polysiloxane (B) are mixed with respective quantities corresponding to a molar ratio of an Si bonded hydrogen atom in (B) to a vinyl group or an allyl group in (A) being 0.1-4.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
