PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent output voltage from collapsing by a large amount from a desired potential due to load fluctuation so that a stable direct-current voltage can be outputted in a multiple-output DC/DC converter so constructed that input voltage is applied intermittently to a reactor to have a current flow, and the output from the reactor is allocated to multiple output terminals, in a time-shared manner, and multiple voltages are output. SOLUTION: In the multiple-output DC-DC converter (10) having an output voltage detecting means (AMP1, AMP2) and a comparison circuit (PWM comparators CMP1, CMP2) for each output, the DC-DC converter is provided with an output selection circuit (12) that monitors the output of the comparison circuits and selects the output of the one that produces it earlier and generates on/off control signals for a switching circuit for switching the path of current passed through the reactor; and a preference circuit (15) that gives high priority to any one preset output, when the multiple outputs of the output selection circuit are substantially simultaneously changed.
