PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle dispatch processing system automatically notifying a staying mobile station of an alarm message, preventing the occurrence of human-induced errors and managing mobile stations. SOLUTION: The vehicle dispatch processing system comprises the mobile stations 11-14 which transmit position moving state information by radio equipment and a management center 20 which gathers the position moving state information from the respective mobile stations 11-14 through a base station 21 by polling and manages the respective mobile stations. The management center 20 measures the staying duration of the respective mobile stations 11-14 based on the gathered positions and moving state information of the respective mobile stations 11-14 and notifies the mobile station staying over the fixed time of the alarm message. Then, the management center 20 retrieves an optimum mobile station when vehicle dispatch is requested from a customer, and preferentially allocates the mobile station of shorter staying duration.
