PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a processing for correlating a performance during a jackpot game with a performance which is performed right after the completion of the jackpot game, and to reduce a data capacity related to the simplified portion of the processing. SOLUTION: A unified control board determines a background image for a next variable background when a pattern variable game under a standing-by state does not exist after the completion of the jackpot game by correlating the performance content of various kinds of jackpot game performances which are executed during the jackpot game from a special pattern being designated by a jackpot pattern command being output by a main control board, when an opening designating command is input from the main control board. Then, the unified control board displays the next variable background on a variable display apparatus from the determined background image at the time of the inputting of the opening designating command when the pattern variable game under the standing-by state does not exist after the completion of the jackpot game.
