PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a positive feedback in a high-frequency power measuring circuit provided with a bridge circuit comprising a thermistor, even when a resistance of the thermistor comes opposite to the balance point during excess power. SOLUTION: A high-frequency power measuring circuit, having the bridge circuit configured using the thermistor composes a loop for obtaining the constant total power applied to the thermistor; and when high-frequency power is applied to the thermistor, the high-frequency power is measured by the change in the power applied by direct current.
