PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove foreign matters in fluid adhering to the outer surface of a valve seat member by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A valve casing is formed of a body 1 and a lid 2. An inlet 5, a valve chamber 4 and an outlet 7 are formed in the valve casing. The valve seat member 9 having a discharge passage 8 making the valve chamber 4 communicate with the outlet 7 side is inserted into the lid 2, and the valve seat member 9 is mounted rotatably and operably to the lid 2 by a cap nut 14 bonded with a screw to the lid 2. The tip 15 of the valve seat member 9 is projected to the inside of the valve chamber 4, and the rear end 16 positioned on an elongation of the axial center of the discharge passage 8 is projected from the cap nut 14 to the outside. A cleaning member 19 for scrubbing the outer surface of a tapered part 18 of the tip 15 when the valve seat member 9 is rotated around the axial center of the discharge passage 8 is provided. The cleaning member 19 scrubs the outer surface of the tapered part 18 of the tip 15 when the valve seat member 9 is rotated, and removes the foreign matters in the fluid adhering to the outer surface of the tapered part 18. A float 11 as a valve member for opening and closing the discharge passage 8 by being separated from and seated on the tip surface of the valve seat member 9 is arranged in the valve chamber 4.
