PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resistant steel skeleton for a wooden construction, easily assembled to a part of a wooden building, easily fitted to an existing wooden building as well as wooden buildings such as a newly build house, a shed and a warehouse, and remarkably improving earthquake-resistant force of the wooden building. SOLUTION: In a body frame steel skeleton A formed like a truss shape having an oblong front by an angle material 10 L-shaped in section, a first gusset plate without one side part at the corner part of the uppermost part thereof, and a second gusset plate 33 of the corner part of an auxiliary steel skeleton are connected by disposing a bar steel brace 40 including a turn buckle 41 in the middle like a cross, and the respective angle materials 10 are so constructed that the outer sides are one-side parts 11 projecting in the direction right-angled to a plane including the body frame of all angle materials. The upper and lower ends of the respective braces 40 are fitted to the respective steel skeletons to freely rotate around the axis of a fitting bolt, and the corner part without one side part in the body frame steel skeleton A is further provided with a bolt passing hole.
