PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze friction between sliding faces while being lubricated. SOLUTION: In a slide analysis, a first sliding face and a second sliding face are divided into a plurality of first face elements and a plurality of second elements, and the second face elements are replaced with replacement smooth faces while the relation of the sliding of the first face elements and the second face elements is maintained, and the first face elements are replaced with replacement rough faces. In the distribution of heights of micro protrusions of the replacement rough faces, an agglutination zone in which micro protrusions 851 are made to agglutinate to the replacement smooth faces, a boundary lubrication zone in which an absorption film 858 of a lubricating substance on micro protrusions 852 and 853 is maintained and a lubrication zone showing a general state that the lubricating substance exists between the micro protrusions and the replacement smooth faces are set, and pressure and sharing stress between the first face elements and the second face elements are calculated while the arithmetic operation of each zone is applied with a probability, and a frictional force and an abrasion quantity between the first sliding face and the second sliding face are calculated.
