PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch dependence of a guest OS and a host OS about hardware access without restarting the guest OS. SOLUTION: This OS switching system is provided with a host OS and a guest OS. When a guest OS300 is switched to a host, and a host OS200 is switched to a guest, the guest OS300 generates new guest memory management information as the memory management information of the switched host OS200 and new host memory management information as the memory management information of the switched guest OS300 on the basis of the guest memory management information of the guest OS300 and the host memory management information of the host OS200. The guest OS300 replaces the guest memory management information with new host memory management information. The host OS200 replaces the host memory management information with the new guest memory management information. The host OS200 and the guest OS300 switch an execution instruction.
