PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional device for preventing omission of pushing an "occupied-taxi" button prompts a driver to push the button by a sound or light, when a passenger rides in or when a door is closed, but because the sound is generated or a lamp is lighted while the passenger is telling his destination and the directions, the driver is hindered from hearing the destination and the directions. SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a first sensor for outputting a riding signal, when a passenger is detected; a second sensor for detecting an operation for preparing the start, after the door has been closed and outputting a signal for preparing the start; a sound generation part for generating a sound; and a control part for driving the sound generation part for a predetermined period of time, when the riding signal, a signal to the effect that the "occupied-taxi" button has not been pressed, and the signal for preparing the start are inputted, and stopping driving the sound generation part when a signal to the effect that the "occupied-taxi" button has been pushed is inputted. Although the driver's attention is drawn by a sound, when the driver begins to start without pushing the "occupied-taxi" button, the sound will not be generated, while the passenger is telling his destination and the directions.
