PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic treatment apparatus having excellent magnetic properties where the removal of rust, the prevention of corrosion, and the removal/sticking prevention of various scales can be attained by uniformly subjecting the whole liquid to magnetic treatment. SOLUTION: The magnetic treatment apparatus where various liquids in a flowing route are subjected to magnetic treatment comprises: a plurality of magnetism generating units 2 with permanent magnets incorporated; a magnetic substance cover member 4 arranged so as to surround the magnetism generating units; and at least one magnetic substance shaft 6 interposed between the magnetic generating units and the magnetic substance cover member. The permanent magnets are integrally molded by mutually joining a magnet constituting body composed of a sintered material with a prescribed shape obtained by molding and sintering a plurality of magnetic materials with a joining material. By magnetic interaction among the magnetism generating units with the permanent magnets incorporated, the magnetic substance cover member and the magnetic substance shaft(s), uniform magnetism is generated over the whole region surrounded by the magnetic substance cover member, thus the whole liquid flowing along the region is subjected to magnetic treatment.
