A urine volume and flow rate measuring sensor and a urine volume and flow rate measuring system using the sensor are provided to improve efficiency and accuracy of prevention and examination for senile diseases by measuring a urine volume and a urine flow rate simultaneously. A urine volume and flow rate measuring sensor comprises: a sensor case equipped with an input unit to which urine is inputted, a urine volume measuring unit(120) installed inside the sensor case, which generates and outputs a signal calculating a urine flow rate by means of energy obtained from inputted urine, and a urine flow rate measuring unit including a rod cell installed on one side surface of the sensor case, which outputs the signal for calculating the urine flow rate in proportion to impact energy of the urine inputted through the input unit. The urine volume measuring unit includes a rotation body(122) directly contacted with urine, a first motor(124) connected with one side of the rotation body and a second motor(126) connected with the other side of the rotation body. In addition, the rotation body formed in an impeller shape is equipped with a plurality of pins(122a) at a predetermined angle on an outer circumference surface of the rotation body.
