摘要 An apparatus and a method for an automatic test and self-diagnosis in a digital reactor protection system are provided to reduce the complexity of a circuit and perform comparison and calibration of signals within the range of an input stage signal processor by using the digital reference input of the input stage signal processor to provide a reference signal. A digital reactor protection system(200) includes four channels(201) which monitor the operation state of reactor systems and channels. Each of the channels has two bistable processors, two coincidence processors, an initiation circuit, and an automatic test and interface processor. The bistable processor generates a trip signal by comparing an input signal value with a predetermined trip set value based on a plurality of detection signals indicating the state of the reactor system. The coincidence processor generates a final trip signal by performing the 2/4 logic combination of the trip signal from the bistable processor. The initiation circuit starts the driving of a reactor trip switchgear and an ESF-CCS(Engineered Safety Feature-Component Control System). The automatic test and interface processor collects the operation states of the bistable processor and the coincidence processor for the diagnosis of soundness, and generates the results of diagnosis.
