A carbon fiber composite sheet comprising a pitch-based carbon fiber mat and a matrix resin, wherein a carbon fiber constituting the pitch-based carbon fiber mat has a size of a crystallite in the hexagonal plane direction of 5 nm or more and has a heat conductivity in the thickness direction of 1 W/m.K or more. The carbon fiber composite sheet is used for shielding a radio wave and as a heat-conductive article.
