A system and a method for managing goods delivery by applying a random number are provided to supply a delivery service with high quality by making a deliveryman store the goods in a locker installed near a receiver, applying the random number to a password for opening the locker, and providing the password to the receiver. A local server(120) exchanges information with the receiver(20) in a state connecting to the locker(130), controls a plurality of processes for delivering the goods to the receiver by generating the random number, and stores the information exchanged in the processes to a database. The locker receives the goods from the deliveryman and outputs the goods to the receiver by exchanging the information with the local server. An integrated management server(110) integrally manages all processes from a delivery request to reception of the goods by connecting to each local server. A communication server(410) of a telecommunication company transceives the information with a mobile phone of the receiver. |
