A flopping handle held by a thumb and an index finger is provided to carry a heavy or hot bowl or cup in any direction, and therefore to prevent an inadvertent injury on fingers because of a possible overflow of hot or heavy contents from the bowl or cup. A flopping handle(20) is vertically extended from a portion of the surface of a bowl or a cup(10). The flopping handle is formed in a variety of shapes. The right hand side of a front face(22) of the flopping handle, positions(30,40) for the thumb of the left hand, the right hand side of a rear face, and positions for the index finger on the left hand side are depressed such that a user freely uses his/her right hand or left hand as desired. Two oval-shaped holes(50) formed where the thumb and the second knuckle of the index finger come into contact with each other create an "ET" shape flopping handle. The holes as well as a horizontal line type stopper(90) between an upper face(77) of the cup and the front face of the flopping handle serve to increase safety and convenience. |
