<p>A system for realizing background sound service, comprises a caller end office (1), a Home Location Register (3), and a called end office (4), it also comprises an Advanced Intelligent Peripheral (2) and a Service Control Point (5), the said Service Control Point (5) obtains the information transmitted from the caller end office (1) to the said Home Location Register (3), and assigns a route number for the caller end office (1) according to the obtained roaming number of the called user; the said Advanced Intelligent Peripheral (2) obtains the roaming number of the called user according to the route number, and routes the telephone channel to the called end office (4) according to the roaming number of the called user, establishes the telephone channel, and plays the background sound. The invention realizes the background sound service which is controlled by the called user, and via the background sound service of the called user, it can bring new gain for the operator without developing the existing network device. The invention also comprises a method and device for realizing background sound service.</p> |
