An apparatus for fixing a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) of an electronic apparatus is provided to insulate the PCB by separating the PCB from a bottom cover by a required distance. An apparatus for fixing a PCB of an electronic apparatus includes a main body(110), plural hooks(120), and a coupling bolt(130). The main body is mounted on a cover. A support unit to support the PCB is formed at an upper portion of the main body. A nut coupling hole is formed in a vertical direction on the main body. The hooks are formed downward from the main body and coupled with respective holding holes which are formed on the cover. The coupling bolt penetrates the PCB to be coupled with the nut coupling holes on the main body. The coupling bolts fix the PCB.
