<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar battery using an inexpensive current collector with anti-oxidation performance. <P>SOLUTION: The bipolar battery comprises the current collector, an electrode composed of a positive electrode electrically coupled to one face of the current collector and a negative electrode electrically coupled to the other face of the current collector, and an electrolyte layer disposed between the plurality of electrodes.
