<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share contents between home terminals placed in different rooms without using a dedicated center device. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving an instruction of content distribution from a terminal user, a master terminal 100 transmits data related to communication address information, authentication information and content information to a slave terminal 102 through an information transmission processing part 118.
