PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock-up control device which suppresses dispersion of an engaging time of a lock-up clutch without performing feedback control, and also suppresses an engaging shock and a clutch damage by a fire. SOLUTION: A target engaging time from a released state of the lock-up clutch to a bonded state thereof is set, and clutch absorption energy is calculated based on the target engaging time corresponding to an actual input torque and differential rotation. A target differential pressure time variation Y is calculated from the expression: Y=aE/t<SP>n</SP>+b by using the clutch absorption energy E and the target engaging time t, and a differential pressure of the lock-up clutch is controlled according to the calculated target differential pressure time variation Y.
