PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grease composition maintaining a sufficient lubricating properties even at a high temperature exceeding 180°C and having a high load resistance and excellent durability and a roller bearing made by sealing the grease composition and having excellent durability. SOLUTION: The grease composition is obtained by mixing a base oil containing a specific branched alkyl side chain diphenyl ether oil with a thickening agent composed of a urea compound containing 4-phenoxyaniline as the whole or a part of an amine component.
